客戶可使用登記電郵，電郵至本公司客服電郵cs@hkfoundersc.com 通知換匯申請。
範(fàn)例：
賬戶XXXXX，現(xiàn)需將賬戶內(nèi)(X,XXX / 全部) 港元兌換為美元；或
現(xiàn)需將賬戶港元兌換為X,XXX美元。
匯率按銀行即時報價
收到申請后，本公司將發(fā)送匯率至客戶登記電郵?？蛻繇毚_認(rèn)同意該匯率并回復(fù)后，本公司方會處理換匯申請。
（請于下午4:00前回復(fù)）
如客戶無需二次確認(rèn)匯率，可于電郵中額外注明「無需二次確認(rèn)匯率」。

Currency Exchange Request
Clients may submit currency exchange requests by emailing our customer service at cs@hkfoundersc.com using their registered email address.
Example Email Content:
Account No. XXXXX: Convert (X,XXX / all) HKD in the account to USD; or
Convert HKD in the account to USD X,XXX
Exchange Rate
Rates are based on real-time bank quotes.
Upon receipt, we will email the quoted rate to the registered email address. Processing will commence only after the client confirms agreement and replies.
(Reply by 4:00 PM HKT on the same day.)
If no rate confirmation is required, please state in the email: "No secondary rate confirmation needed."
